About Kiki's Mall

Kiki's Mall sells premium bags, shoes, clothing, and household goods online to customers in Ghana. Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) unless stated otherwise.

Accounts

You may browse and checkout as a guest or create an account to view order history and save wishlists. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when payment is successfully processed via Paystack and your order status is marked as paid.

We strive to display accurate prices and stock levels. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping fees, when introduced, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Payment

All payments are processed in GHS through Paystack. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be communicated after checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for supplying a correct and complete delivery address.

Intellectual property

All content on this website—including logos, photography, copy, and design—is owned by Kiki's Mall or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Kiki's Mall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
